I have Theme Dusk to Dawn. Sorry not very good with site stuff but altho I can see I have a 'page' About Me when I look into my dashboard - it's not showing up on my main page under my title like it did ..not sure that I altered anything but there again...

Your theme does not have a horizontal menu bar. That means in order to display Pages you need to install the Pages widget in your sidebar so there is a link to access it with http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/pages-widget/
Alternatively you can create a custom menu to display Pages and other items you may wish to add to it http://en.support.wordpress.com/menus/ In that case you do that first and then place a custom menu widget in your sidebar http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/custom-menu-widget/
