help!! the Daily Post is in inundating me with e-mails! How can I keep abreast of the newest "Weekly Challenge" without getting hundreds of e-mails.

To un-follow a post (I am guessing you followed the comments of a specific post?) within the email you receive you will see at the bottom of the email a link that says subscription options

After you click the link find the post and hover the mouse over it and an un-follow link will appear. -
I did this but now I don't have e-mails from the Daily Post at all. It seems to be all or nothing. I'm looking for just the advisement regarding what the new weekly Daily Post Challenge is going to be.
