Academica Theme Headers issue

    Hi,
    Thx for your support.
    Academica theme is great for publications and tutorial.
    However i am unbale to display a custom header, cropped or not. It was working then all headrers dissapears.
    I cannot display a custom headers.

    Ok, I think i have a serious issue witht his theme only, if i load another theme, header displays correctly. If i come back to academica theme, settings aare saved but headers still not appear.
    is there a way to clear settings of theme within its wordpress acocunt ?

    It's not just you, I've been working on a blog using the same theme and my header image disappeared earlier today 12/29. I've been scouring the forums for a solution too.

    Sorry for you. Strangely, with others themes headers works for me.
    Academica is a great theme for tutorial/education and publications purposes. But without headers, it feels empty.
    Strangely custome tags headers with feature image associated to feature contenst work.
    I dunno if it is a server issue.
    Hope someone from WP.com could give us a hand.

    I just used my test blog to confirm that there is a bug or a glitch of some kind that is resulting in no header display in Academica. This thread is tagged for Themes Staff attention. Subscribe to the thread please so you are notified when they reply.

    Seems to be a trend. I too have lost all visual on my header image in the Academica theme.

    Me too. Same problem - it was visible last week but disappeared yesterday 29 December 2012.

    Is there any way of contacting wordpress tech support to have it fixed?

    Seems to work back for me, customs headers are diplayed corrctly, not any issue at all.
