   I managed to host a blog in my pc at home.
   When i write the url
   http://<ipaddress>/blog
   in my browser it lists my wordpress directory structure.

   Index of /blog
   <directoriesListedHere>
   ..
   <filesListedHere>
   ...
   ....

   My blog settings has both 'Wordpress URL' and 'Blog URL' as "http://<ipaddress>/blog". Is this my problem?

   I expect my login page to appear as default. Is this correct?
   Cansomebody help?

   Sounds like you're in the wrong forum. Our software is different here and we won't be able to help you. You can find support at WordPress.org's support forums, though.
