Go to appearance > widgets and add it to the sidebar.

It is from that screen that I deleted it... accidentally. It is no longer one of my widget choices.

Look in the available widgets area. It should be there. There is no way to delete it from the system. You can only remove it from the sidebar.
If it really isn't showing there, then log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then take another look.
