Accidentally deleted my 'Post' page; how to fix please

this is a free WP site. I wanted my home page to be static. So I moved my Posts page and renamed it Blog. Obviously I messed up. Because if i click on Blog it redirects me to the static home page. All my posts are thankfully still under my Dashboard, sub menu Post. I'd like to create a non-static Post/Blog page and reinstate all my posts. (about a dozen)

    Any suggestions?

    Thank you!

The blog I need help with is tarasimone.com.

  2. First create the page that you want your posts to display on. Then, go to 'settings' towards the bottom, then select 'reading'.
If you select that your front page is a static page, under that you can select which page is the 'posts' page.
