I'm not clear on what you are asking. There are comments open on your blog posts. WordPress.com does not provide an email service. You can set up a contact page and when you do that your enail address will not be aavailable to spammers. Create a static page > Add a contact form to it. If this does not answer your question please post again and provide more detail.
