Activation email sent to wrong email address

  1. I set up my blog and purchased it's domain name two days ago, but accidently registered with the wrong email address (I entered .com intead of .co.uk).

    I have now changed the email address associated with the blog, but now don't have my activation email, receipt of purchase and other important information.

    I have emailed Worpress support twice to ask them to re-send this info through to my correct email address, but have heard nothing back yet.

    Please help!

    The blog I need help with is fancyfreefrom.com.

  2. This thread is flagged for Staff attention. When we create a support ticket by contacting Staff it’s important to understand they have a backlog. They deal with the support tickets with the earliest dates first. So if we contact them more than once on the same issue the date moves forward and it takes longer to get help.
