   I am new to this, and have chosen a theme (Fresh-10) that I really like, but doesn't seem to have a blogroll. Am I being blind, or how do I get one up?

   If you host your own site, you should ask on the WordPress.org forum because here at WordPress.com we don't host our own sites:

   http://wordpress.org/support/

   And our answers would be different as the code that runs our sites is different.
