I am a distributor of many brands and would like to create a page for each brand I sell that has basic information for that product. Additionally I would like to use post categories with the brand name and have a feed of all posts in that category show up in the page.
Is this possible?
Also, is their a way to add widgets to the content section on a particular page vs. a sidebar?

There is only one advertising program called WordAds at WordPress.com. It’s for blogs on their own domains http://en.wordpress.com/apply-for-wordads/

Aside from a blog being accepted into WordAds, no blogger initiated advertising, retailing or reselling the work or products created or services provided by anyone other than yourself is allowed on free hosted wordpress.com blogs. E-commerce transactions via shopping carts and the like cannot be conducted on free blogs from and being free hosted by wordpress.com.

If you do require an ecommerce site, advertising and/or affiliate links you can hire a web host and get a free software install from http://wordpress.org Refer to > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
Also note that automated blogs are not welcome here and no widget can be used to fill any post or page with any content on a WordPress.com blog. Here widgets will only operate in sidebars and footer areas for widgets.

Hmm... I think I missed the mark with my description.
I am regularly tweeting and doing Facebook post about the products I represent. Looking to move to the next level and write full posts about them. For instance 1 product is 3-Form. If you click on the 3-Form page, I would like you to see relevant information, such as what it is made of, the fact it is made in the usa, technical support phone number etc. And then below or to the side of that be able to see blog posts I have done about their products, reviews, etc. So if I do a post and categorize the post as 3-Form it will show up on that page for my users to see as well as in the dated archives.
Make sense?
There would be no direct selling from the website, just information. No click through advertising, and no automated blogs. I just want a place to perform product reviews, and let my followers know about new products from particular brands.
What you are describing is what can be done by hiring a web host and setting up your own self hosted WordPress.org install.
