   Hello,

   I'm a new user and I would like to know if I can create a new page but with PHP dynamic table inside that takes content from a SQL database.

   Not at wordpress.com. User generated script is not allowed due to security concerns.

   If you are self-hosted then you could do pretty much anything you want.
