   I see you are using the image widget for the sidebar pictures. You would be better served to use the technique I described here for a text widget:

   Your sidebar is 193 wide but the pictures you have inserted are 150 wide and 150 tall. They are distorted: you want 150 wide by 113 tall. Or to take up the width of the sidebar: 193 by 145

   Using the draft post / text widget for your sidebar, you would be able to scale them properly without doing any math…

   Tess, is any way you can help me since I will soon be 77 and recovering from a massive stroke - I get confused and lost much of the time.
