isnt there like a code to insert to our site? I want it to look like this: http://www.eiencafe.com, plus I already downloaded the blog tool from wordpress.org, but I dont know how to install it -_-'

This is the support forum for blogs hosted by wordpress.com run on WordPress MU. WordPress.org is where you can download the software of WordPress 2.1.x and install it on your own hosting service. There is some blog installers that will do it for free at http://install4free.wordpress.com but all support questions would need to be in the self-hosted forums at http://wordpress.org/support/
