I would like if ALL posts in http://portonmath.wordpress.com would be automatically tagged with tag "mathematics".
Please add blog-wide tags which would tag every post in the blog.

That's already available; Posts > Edit: tick the box next to "Post", select Edit from the Bulk Acions dropdown, click Apply, etc.

As far as I understand this will change only old posts.
I want to tag automatically even future posts, because I want to automatically tag ALL posts in a blog.

Add mathematics as a category (remove it as a tag is you have it already set) and then go to settings > writing and set "mathematics" as the default post category.
There is no way to set a "default" tag.

thesacredpath, do you suggest to tag "mathematics" every post in the blog?
Should all categories be subcategories of "mathematics"? (Currently every category on this my blog are about mathematics.)
Indeed I persist that I want blog-wide tags. thesacredpath, your solution seems not ideal.
