   I've tried to add a Zone Record for the domain greenscapebloem.co.za but it asked me to contact support. Could you please add the Zone Record for me?

   The blog I need help with is greenscapebloem.co.za.

   Your domain mapping has been purchased successfully. Though your domain is not pointing to WordPress.com name servers yet. Please go to your domain registrar's site and log into the control panel. You will need to update the name servers as below:

   NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
   NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
   NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

   Hi

   I just tried to change the nameservers to the ones you provided and it says failed. I contacted the regisitar and they informed me I can only make the changes after my domain has been accepted on your side.

   Please could you assist me further.

   The domain zone record has already been created on our side. Which means that only the nameservers have to be changed now.

   What kind of error message do you get when changing the NS records? please make sure you change the current records:
   ns1.parker.gridhost.co.za. and ns2.parker.gridhost.co.za. to the ones I gave you before.

   I get the following error message: Nameserver Tests failed, no update will occur
