Am I able to add email addresses to my followers? Another words add them my self.
Also I seem to remember once seeing the email addresses of my current followers somewhere in one of my Dashboard sections, but I can not find it now. Is it accessible to me?

No - the email subscribe is an opt in system to prevent me from subscribing you to a bunch of blogs - new subscribers need to confirm they want to receive the subscription by clicking on a link - I guess you could log-out then put someones email into the system - but they still need to confirm the subscription
Look down toward the bottom of the Stats page for followers - takes a couple of clicks to drill down
