It may be that you have not actually "published" this page yet. Here's a suggestion- Got to your list of pages. Then, click on your about me page. If you see the big blue button (just like the one for posts), click it. If you haven't "published" it yet, that should publish it and make it available to viewers.

Thanks for the reply. I have already published the page, so I am not sure what the problem is.

Weird. May I suggest you contact WordPress staff, they may be able to help diagnose the problem, as I have no idea what it could be. ;)
