Add Media button isn't working

    Add Media button isn't working for me on Chrome or Internet Explorer, nor is the button to change the time to publish. I was able to change the publish time from the iPad app, but couldn't embed a YouTube video.

    The blog I need help with is brightonmusicblog.co.uk.

    Can you try to empty your browser's cache and try again (instructions: Browser Issues). I can't duplicate the problem, so I appreciate your patience while we troubleshoot what you're seeing.

    Thanks for that.

    I've tried clearing the cache in Chrome and Explorer, but the problem's still there. I've also noticed that on the main dashboard page before I start editing a post, rather than loading up the individual sections for "Your Stuff", "What's Hot", etc, they just hang at "Loading".

  4. In Chrome, can you right-click and choose "Inspect Element", then choose the Console option on the window that appears.

    Can you copy/paste any errors that are listed in a response back to me? I'm hearing a number of reports like this, but we haven't been able to duplicate any issues ourselves.
