add new post to wordpress.com from other site

    Hello all,

    in one my website i want to add one button, and onclick on that button , page title and page url will directly post to users wordpress.com blog
    (like other social media sites provides share/bookmark options)

    how to do same?

    You can’t really do that (well you could but it would require a bunch of scripting and the use of the XMLRPC API which is pretty advanced stuff).

    One option would be to use the post by email. I’m not sure it would save a lot of time, but you would not have to log into wordpress and then create the post, you could just email it.

    but my site is for end users, so post by email might not help me. also it is fine if end users need to login to wordpress.com.

    how actually “addthis.com” works for wordpress.com.
