Add subscribe features to a post or page

    Would like to add subscribe features to a post or page, and not in the widget area. Any help?

    Sorry, that cannot be done here at wordpress.com.

    If so, are there any sites that are out of WordPress, like RSS feed then I can add the html to the post/page? Other than RSS, any other sites that could offer subscribe email/buttons to a site is appreciated. Thank you.
