   Hi there - I don't see a picture of an acorn, but here are instructions on how to embed video using different services, such as YouTube and Vimeo:

   http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/

   I see that you've already added a few links to videos on your hompepage. To make them auto-embed, you just need to tweak them, following these examples:

   Before:

   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKd2WEqW2FE&feature=relmfu

   After:

   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jKd2WEqW2FE

   Before:

   http://www.youtube.com/watch?NR=1&feature=endscreen&v=_KqTAMnCSfk

   After:

   http://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=_KqTAMnCSfk

   Also make sure that each video link is on its own line, with an empty line both before and after it the video code.
