As it appears that there is no way to have the Like Box from Facebook integrated in the sidebar it would be awesome if there would be a widget where the script would be allowed (or a readymade one) ...

The suggestion has come up several times indeed and still not implemented, but as you were told on the other thread, at least there are alternatives you can use for now.

@timethief: thx - nice tip with the google search - tried the internal one and the didn't find anything ... - wouldn't have posted if I would have found that before ... :)
The internal search doesn't work as well as Google. I always use Google for searching the forum.
When I answer forum questions I always have window open to Google search. :)
