I want to add a contact form to my site. The one post on this issue doesn't seem to work. The blogger who posted it has a contact form on his site but his instructions didn't work. Thanks in advance.

We can't help without a link to your blog, starting with http.
This is what I used. Open a new page, paste in: [contact-form]
I didn't add anything else to the page except a title.

@dandelionsalad The thing is, at least 30% of posts that don't identify the blog are from people in the wrong forum. Those instructions will never work for them. We need to be sure it's a .COM blog first, otherwise it's a waste of your time to answer.
