I want to add a comments disclaimer that will show on each post. I'm using the Balloons theme. If I could change "Leave a reply" with my disclaimer that'd be neat-o but I have no idea how to go about this.
The blog I need help with is misfitmatriarch.com.
What is your disclaimer? Changing it out for a couple works or something will work, but not for a bunch of words.

Comments are always appreciated; flattery can get you anywhere. Differing opinions are welcome as long as they stick to the post without personally attacking the author or fellow visitors. If you can’t meet my standards of maintaining a healthy discussion, you will be censored. This is a monarchy.
Wish people could just be nice! Shucks, so I can't do anything with all that CSS stuff? I am far too un tech savvy!
You could create a commenting policy page and place a link to it in a text widget in your sidebar.
