Adding a Facebook badge to my blog

  1. Please help! I understand how to add a badge to my blog sidebar but the HTML code given on the support page is inaccessible. Does anyone know the correct code to use?

The blog I need help with is officehelpblog.wordpress.com.

  2. Please go here > Appearance > Widgets and locate the Facebook badge widget
    Instructions here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/facebook-badge/
Also note that there is a Facebook like box widget > Appearance > Widgets that you can install.

You can also enable sharing buttons on your posts, pages and index pages.
    http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

You can have Facebook like & share buttons on your posts.

And, you can set up Publicize and publish to your Facebook profile page > http://en.support.wordpress.com/publicize/

  3. Thank you for responding. The problem is, when I go to the support page, the HTML code is only partly visible and not accessible to copy. Initially I thought it was a browser issue but it shows that way in all the browsers I have. I'm hoping you (or someone) will be able to tell me what that code is...?

  4. Don't use the exact code on the Support page. You need to get the correct code for YOUR link from Facebook. The Support documents explain that.
