Adding a Pinterest follow button to the Bueno template

  1. How to enter code for the Pinterest follow button? I would like to have the follow button appear in my side bar. I already have the code from Pinterest but I don't see how I enter it into my template.

  2. You can use any widget that has pure HTML but you cannot use any widgets that contain restricted codes like iframes or JavaScript widgets. You cannot use the Pin-it Javascript code on a WordPress.com blog.

You can put the code for the Pinterest follow button in a text widget.
    1. Go to this site, choose which one of the red Follow Me images you want, and copy the code for it. http://pinterest.com/about/goodies/

    2. Then, go to your widgets > Appearance > Widgets and select a text widget.http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/text-widget/

    3. Paste the Pinterest follow button code into the text widget, "save" the widget, "close" the widget and place it where you want it to display in your sidebar.

    4. You can also add a Facebook, Pinterest, etc. sharing buttons below your posts > Sharing http://en.support.wordpress.com/sharing/

  3. I don't see how I enter it into my template.

Be aware that we cannot edit templates or themes on free hosted wordpress.com blogs like those with self hosted wordpress.org installs can do.
