I am trying to add a user. They do not want a blog...just a user name. I have emailed WP twice and tweeted them and have received no info.
Please do not refer me to their support page on adding a user because it does not say how to create at username only.

What they do is go here > http://wordpress.com/signup/
They have an option to either create an blog or not.
This is the same page I have seen. I have not seen the option to create a username only.
