I want to add my blog as a widget to my website. On Twitter, I am able to add a custom widget to my website where I can easily change colors, dimensions to fit on my websites homepage ----> https://twitter.com/about/resources/widgets/.
Can this be done with WordPress?

Are you referring to this? http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-widget/ If so, it can only be used on WordPress.com blogs.
No, I want to add my WordPress blog to a Website, so the blog would appear on my website. Twitter has this feature as provided in the link above.
I know of know such widget.
