   Hello there,
   There is no "www" in any wordpress.com URLs. All use of "www" directs to the correct URL for your blog which is http://simplysensecents.wordpress.com/

   To quickly embed a YouTube video, simply copy the video’s URL from your top web browser’s address bar while viewing the video: YouTube video posting instructions are found here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/videos/youtube/
