Adding Blogs I follow

  1. Why is it so dang hard to add a Blog I follow? I added to wordpress reader and on the blog its self, it finally came up after 3 tries and instead of the blogs title listed, the address is the title. Why can't word press be more intuitive to the novice?

    The blog I need help with is flamesburning.wordpress.com.

  2. I find it very easy to type a URL in here for non-WordPress.com blogs I want to follow http://wordpress.com/following/edit/

    As fare as WordPress.com hosted blogs go one simply licks the "follow" link on the top gray Admin bar when visiting any WordPress.com blog.

    All support docs are here http://support.wordpress.com

    Results are here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/following/

  3. typo above
    fare = far

  4. Note the step by step learn WordPress.com blogging tutorial Staff have linked to the bottom of your Admin page at http://learn.wordpress.com

  5. Please read the post again.....

    "I added to wordpress reader and on the blog its self, it finally came up after 3 tries and instead of the blogs title listed, the address is the title."

  6. I finally got it corrected and now am trying to get the "About me" page to show up without using the external about me site. It is plain that WordPress would like to sell the premier service by making the basic free blog clumsy.

  7. Maybe they made an Aside instead of a standard post.
