Adding comments box to each post - wu wei

  1. Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way that I can make the "leave a comment" box to sit under my posts when they are read on the home page? At the moment that box only appears if people click on the individual post from the list or if they click the little icon.

    Any help appreciated, thanks!

The blog I need help with is blanketandbone.co.uk.

  2. Or actually, just a "leave a comment" link to sit at the bottom, that leads you to the comments box might take up less room..like on this blog for example http://elsita.typepad.com/

    Is this possible?

  3. http://elsita.typepad.com/ is not a wordpress.COM site so we wouldn't be able to help you with that.

If you are talking about a wordpress.COM site, then we need a link to that site.

  4. Also, to answer your question, you can't make comments appear on a WordPress.com home page if that's not already built in to the theme. The only theme that does that is the P2 theme which is centered around collaboration and comments.

  5. On the "leave a comment" question, I've tried some CSS tricks to get some text before or after the comment bubble on the front page of wu wei and was not able to get it to do so cleanly.

  6. No worries, thanks for trying it out and for the info - it's not too desperate so think I'll leave it as it is, I'm sure people can work it out!
