Adding custom image to header

  1. I understand how to add a custom image, my question is more specific. I am using the modularity lite theme and would like to add a custom image where the theme says the name of the blog. For example, take a look at the link below, which is a picture of my blog. I would like to insert a small image where it says "Sound Of My Shoes." Is there a way to do this?

Here is the link to my image: http://soundofmyshoesdotcom.files.wordpress.com/2011/05/picture-7.png

The blog I need help with is soundofmyshoes.com.

  2. It would require CSS editing experience and the paid CSS upgrade.

There is a way to use inline CSS in a text widget that contains the image to move the text widget up and over that area, but the problem is that that image will shift up or down in relationship to the rest of the page elements depending on whether you are logged in or not.
