Adding disqus to site

    How can I add disqus? What is a short name for my site?

    The blog I need help with is jrhardinblog.wordpress.com.

    disqus is a plugin for wordpress.ORG sites.
    Your blog is using wordpress.COM.

    We cannot use plugins on wp.COM
