Adding email with Google Apps

  1. Hi, I just bought the domain name happybabycarrier.org from you and linked with my blog babycarry.wordpress.com

I have been trying to add an email with google app, but instead of seeing the window where wordpress wants an access to my google account, every time google wants to send a verification url to my email, which I can not even check because it is not verified (so does not make sense). I really do not know what to do:S

The blog I need help with is happybabycarrier.org.

You're welcome. There another possibly related thread here > http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/email-at-google-stop-working-nov-10?replies=2

  7. I have already followed the steps in the guide you sent to me, also expressed in the response to the possibly related thread.

  8. When you setup your Google Apps account, did you receive a verification email from Google? If so, did you click the verification link in the email?

  9. I received an information 'You've signed up for Google Apps for Business: What's next?' And a link 'Get started' to the email that use currently.

Then while I was linking it with my wordress, instead of the “Allow access” page, this page appeared:

'Before you need to proceed, you need verify your email address.' and the only option was to 'very by sending link via email' to my new email with my new domain address, which I can not control before verifying anyway..

  10. Ok, that means that you did not receive the verification email from Google.

This could be for a variety of reasons, unfortunately none of them on our end.

    1. You entered your (as-of-yet) non-existant email address for your account email address.

    2. The verification email went to spam.

    3. There's a larger glitch in Google's system.

I recommend checking your spam folder first. If it isn't there, you'll need to contact Google for assistance.

  11. Thank you very much, I will try to solve it with google.

  12. You're welcome!
