How do I add a header at the top of the oulipo wordpress theme? The normal header section updates the logo/image on the left side bar and I can't see where to upload one at the top of the page but I've seen blogs with the same theme and the top header

Custom header image dimensions are 712 by 80 (width, height). You upload the header here > Appearance > Header
Thanks for the link. Here’s how to link your username to your blog in your blog Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Primary Blog‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
