Adding Invitation to One-Time Blog Carnival to Off-Topic Forum?

    A fellow WP blogger and I are putting together an open entry, one-time blog carnival.

    Am I allowed to post an invitation in the Off-Topic forums?

    I just wanted to check before I post an invite.
