I can't seem to add menus to my blog, despite the fact I am following the directions that are given. I even upgraded (maybe unnecessarily) to make sure I could have the extra menus. I am using twenty eleven.
Once I have given the menu it's name & save it, it does not appear in the pages box for me to tick it.
I would love it if you could help me out.

I checked your site and then tested on a test site.
Here's what you'll want to do:
*You'll need to delete your custom menu, I'm afraid. Don't worry - we'll re-create it, and it will be easy!
*Create the pages you want to see on your menu (I have written down "About Me, Classes, Meditation, Thai Yoga Massage, Welcome, Workshops" as your desired pages).
*Once those pages are created (you don't have to populate them yet - but you can), go back to Appearance > Menus
*Name the menu and click "Create Menu"
*On the left column, you should see "Pages" - click on "view all" and select all the ones you'd like included in your menu
*Click "Add to menu"
*You'll see these items appear in list form on your Custom Menu - you can arrange the order by dragging them around.
*When you like the order, click "Save Menu"
That should be it! If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
Thanks for your help, I got there in the end by getting someone better at these things to help! I didn't realise that I had to 'publish' my page before I could view it.
Now what I am wanting to do is add sub menus. I have followed the instructions & once again it doesn't seem to work out. It's like you are expected to know how to do these things with very basic instructions, but actually there is more steps to it than are given. Please help.
On another note. I up-graded because I thought I wasn't allowed the number of menus I wanted. I have paid for this up-grade but actually I don't need it. I would like to get a 'down grade' & get my money back. Though I would need to pay for my domain name as I have taken that.
I'm sure all of this is very simple stuff but I just can't seem to get it to do what I want to it.
Please help.

Hi there, you haven't enabled your custom menu, so what's being displayed in the navigation bar is just the list of your pages in alphabetic order. Under Appearance > Menus, you need to choose your custom menu as the primary menu and then click save. Screenshot for reference where to do it: http://cl.ly/image/0p1o101c192s
You can cancel and refund eligible upgrades under Store > My Upgrades. Just click "Cancel and refund" and follow the prompts.
