   Is this the blog you are talking about http://jrenardacnrep.wordpress.com/ ? If so please always provide a link to the blog since in most cases we have to be able to see the blog in order to help.

   In your dashboard go to pages > add new and you can create new pages there. I would suggest reading this support page on the differences between pages and posts so that you know the differences: http://support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/ .
