   Please, I will be grateful to learn how to add a new page under the main page.
   For example
   Main Page = OUR ACTIVITIES
   Sub Pages = In Cameroon
   In Nigeria
   In Equatorial Guinea
   All these appearing as sub pages under the main page.
   Thanks for Assistance

   What's preventing you from adding them as sub-pages?

   Pages and Posts are different. Read this before doing anything else http://en.support.wordpress.com/post-vs-page/

   Not all themes here support sub menus natively, but all themes with top navigation support them through a custom menu.
