i can't upload a file (uploaded via scribd.com) to my blog
even there is an option in scribd.com to add embed code for wordpress blog something like this:

but i dont know where to paste it eactly

Are you putting it in the Visual editor or the HTML editor? Sometimes that makes a difference.
