Is there are way to change my address from paoemig.wordpress.com to poemig.wordpress.com without having to close my account and open a new?

You have one Post in a blog that is maybe one hour old - go to the My Blogs section of your Dashboard and just make a new blog with the address you want - you can have more than one blog in an account - then copy the post over - use the original blog for testing and learning
