I don’t why the dashboard just show icon without text. Every time, i need to click the icon to see what it is. How can I set to get dashboard icon +text, to make the sidebar wider?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi,
Do you mean the menu on the left-hand side?
The very last icon at the bottom looks like a triangle inside a circle. Click that to expand the menu and you should see the text links instead of icons.
Hope that helps!

How can I manage my post reading format? I want to only post titles be shown on the page when you click into digital project category and learn and share category?
Thank you. -
Change themes. Most themes show either the whole post or an excerpt. Very few show just the title.

To display just the post titles from a category, you need to create new pages (in your Dashboard, Pages > Add New), then copy and paste this shortcode into it, changing the word “fishing” to the name of the category you want to display.
[display-posts category="fishing"]
Once you have created your pages, go to Appearance > Menus and replace the current “digital project” category and “learn and share” category with the pages you have created.

Thank you for your help. I works. I have another problem. I put my twitter timeline on my blog. However, the twitter didn’t show the whole pic, missed some part. Would you please give me some suggestions. Thanks. Lisi

You’re welcome, Lisi.
The Pachyderm theme you have chosen has a width of 150px.
https://wordpress.com/themes/pachyderm/According to the Twitter documentation at
https://dev.twitter.com/web/embedded-timelines#dimensionsThe minimum width of a timeline is 180px and the maximum is 520px. The minimum height is 200px.
So you can’t have the Twitter Timeline be smaller than 180px. Unfortunately, this is a limitation on Twitter’s end.
You have a couple of options.
1) You can embed your Twitter Timeline in a post or page instead of in the sidebar. Just copy and paste the shortcode below to your post or page:
[twitter-timeline id=529493558114258944]
Here is the documentation for that:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/twitter-timeline-widget/#embedding-with-a-shortcode2) If you have the Custom Design upgrade, you can change the width of your sidebar.
http://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/3) As raincoaster said, you can choose a different theme that has a wider sidebar.
