I would like to give administrative rights to a portion (several pages) of my WordPress site to several collaborators, so that they can add their own material and edit pages that deal with their part of this project. How do I do this?
The blog I need help with is transportationeducation.wordpress.com.
You can add official users to your blog. However, it is recommended that there only be one Administrator per blog. See here for user roles and access. See here for adding users.
Also note that your username is linked to a deleted blog.

Please remove that links and link it instead to your active WordPress.com blog. Dashboard -> Users -> Personal Settings -> then scroll down to Account Details. Then scroll down to where it says ‘Website‘ select the URL for your primary wordpress.com blog and then save changes.
Now every time you sign into the forum we can all click on your username and your blog will be linked to it. And every time you leave a comment on a blog your username can be likewise clicked and your blog can be instantly located.
