Hello: I have this blog from long time ago. Then I made a site, and now I want to start again with this blog. But first of all, I would like to know if this is already allowed.

Any kind? I give courses about different issues related to my career (sociology) Can't I announce them here in my own blog? I'm not talking about advertising from differents companies, or services, but my own courses
Of course you can announce your own courses; I've been doing that for years. But paid advertising is not allowed, nor is being paid to post stuff. Blogging about what you do and enabling people to hire you to do it (eg attending courses) is fine.
Why would anyone use wordpress.com if they can't put ads? Why not go to blogspot or another host?

wordpress.com is for blogging not for ad-ing.
@selkirksolar, Many people just want to blog. They aren't worried about the few pennies a month they will make being a slave for google or other ad networks. They simply want to blog.
One other note: Last month adblockplus for Firefox had been downloaded over 53 million times. This month that number is up to over 59 million - 6 million downloads in one month. More and more people are getting tired of seeing dancing flash advertisements, adsense and such all over websites virtually obscuring the content, and they are taking action.
I have adblock. I will never see your ads.
