Even if they did, they wouldn't show on the Dashboard. You have a browser problem. Adware, malware or a rogue toolbar or add-on.

In the cases of this we've seen, it's been a browser add-on that's been doing it. Disable all your browser extensions and then re-enable them one by one to see which one does it.
