   You can't insert it. timethief provided links to all that information. If vip hosting isn't your cup of tea, then self-hosting is the way to.

   You may be a good candidate for VIP hosting if, for example, you get more than 500,000 pageviews a month on your blog. Pricing may be flexible depending on your circumstances.

   Only you can decide those things after reading the information linked to as well as Andy's sticky Wordpress.com and Wordpress.org - what's the difference? (or words to that effect.)

   Your expertise and comfort level might be far different from mine or anyone else's.

    You need to contact support give them your username, the name of the blog and the email address you used when you set it up.
