Advanced editing for bookmarklet.php

  1. I like to use bookmarklet.php instead of post.php for my on-demand blogging. Is it possible to enable advanced editing features for the bookmarklet.php? I'm currently using the contempt theme which seems to have comments turned off by default. So after every post I have to manually go in an allow comments.

  2. Dumb question as I know when I use the bookmarklet (I'm assuming you mean the one found on the bottom of the write post page, correct?), I've not had this issue. My comment box is always on.

Have you checked your Dashboard -> Options -> Discussions -> "Allow people to post comments on the article" to make sure that that box is turned on?
