   Can I advertise (paid) my blog within WordPress.com?

   The blog I need help with is rgsmedia.wordpress.com.

   This Wordads seems a program where you run earn money by advertising on your blog. I don not want to run advertising on my blog but to advertise my blog on other blogs. Is this possible?
