   In the Advertising section, I read the following:

   "To support the service we may occasionally show Google text ads on your blog, however we do this very rarely. In the future you’ll be able to purchase an upgrade to either turn the ads off or show your own ads and make money from your blog."

   I noticed some inappropriate ads on my blog and would *really* want to have the option to turn it OFF. When will this be available? I understand and agree that a small fee could be charged for that option.

   it is not available at the moment. you could contact staff and see if they have any updates about it.

   please contact the wordpress staff through that link. take note that support is only open on weekdays on certain hours.

   As sulz suggests please do contact support, and if you have a screenshot of the inappropiate ads please do include it.

   OK - Here is what Support sent me:

   Hi,
   We usually make announcements when features are available. Currently I don't have a timetable I can share.

   I accept that answer. We'll just wait and see.
