Hi. So I have a site that is on wordpress.com and is domain mapped to a URL. The name servers are pointed to wordpress.
I am switching to wordpress.org and trying to figure out the sequence of things. I maybe should be writing over there but sometimes there is a lack of response and this probably fall somewhere in the middle.
Do I leave domain mapping on and move the name servers to my hosting company?

Does that mean change the name servers away from WordPress.com to the host's NS? I know I have to do that I'm trying to determine the order of events. The domain name already exists and is registered with the independent host. Thank you.
